Noelle is the creator of her own 3 Part Pilates Workout DVD Series - Noelle’s Powerhouse Pilates. This workout series is used by people across the country and by Noelle’s celebrity clients. Noelle ‘s Powerhouse sold out on her debut on QVC and was a top selling fitness product on Shop at Home. The workout series was also ranked in the top 3 on Amazon. Josie Bisset of Melrose Place fame was such a fan of Noelle and loved the tapes so much she ended up as a spokesperson and traveled with Noelle promoting the workouts.
Noelle appeared on EXTRA as a featured celebrity trainer and Pilates Guru of the who’s who of the movie industry.

Noelle has done personal fitness training and group aerobic classes for over 14 years. Noelle trains clients in running, circuit and interval training and all types of cardiovascular/aerobic training; flexibility training from basic stretching to Tai yoga massage; all types of weight training to provide total body conditioning also utilizing functional, balance and stability training. Noelle works with clients who need to lose body fat, weight, and inches and with people who need strength, stability, endurance and overall increased energy. From film and television personalities to CEO's, busy moms to socialites, teens to seniors, Noelle works with entire families and people from all walks of life who seek her expertise and training.

Gymnastics:
Elite gymnast for over12 years; competed nationally and internationally
Earned a full ride scholarship to NCAA Division I Gymnastics Program at the University of Arizona ranked in the top 10 in the country. Was a top All around gymnast becoming All Pac 10 and set school records.

T'ai Chi:
Certified in T'ai Chi by the Honolulu T’ai Chi Academy; was a featured T’ai Chi instructor in the PBS series "T'ai Chi in Paradise" and in the "T'ai Chi in Paradise" video series. Noelle specializes in a unique beginner/user friendly "flow motion" class perfect for first time students and beginners who want to experience the benefits of T'ai Chi.
